Duck liver is not only salty but also fishy for people like me who don't like to eat offal. It's thin, crispy and greasy. I feel uncomfortable in my stomach after eating it. The crispy skin of the Beef Wellington is very fragrant and crispy. The steak is a little bit light, but steaks in the village are basically sprinkled with salt and pepper. The spices probably include mustard, I think, the smell is so strong that I want to throw away the crispy skin. The caramel pudding is neither good nor bad. It tastes similar to the most expensive one I bought in the supermarket, but it has more vanilla seeds. For me, the main course is more disappointing than the appetizer 😑
